How to Save the Planet Through Your Food Choices

A free workshop to inform and enable our community on how to eat locally to reduce your carbon footprint.
We are very excited to confirm the following speakers:

- Environmental Youth Alliance representative
- Gary King, Organic Farmer and co-author (with John Bishop of Bishop’s) of ‘Fresh: Seasonal Recipes Made with Local Foods‘
- Dermot Hikish
- Will Cole-Hamilton, Learning Climate Educational Society founder
And there are still more speakers to come!
The format of the day will be keynote speakers with breakout groups on various themes. There will also be a wonderful 100-mile lunch to give us healthy brain food for the day ($15, optional).
