If you live in the Washington, DC Area you gotta go to my bro-in-law’s restaurant: Just Jerk.  It is the best Jerk place in DC.  He uses only the freshest ingredients and authentic recipes and cooking methods.  He gets his wood to smoke the Jerk food straight from Jamaica.  If you get a chance you gotta go.
